1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using CineShare, the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What CineShare is

CineShare is a media discovery and tracking interface. Catalog information such as titles, artwork, ratings, and release dates comes from third-party metadata services including TMDB. CineShare does not host, store, or distribute video content. Playback uses sources you configure or third-party services used under your own accounts and responsibility.

3. Accounts

Accounts are pseudonymous: a nickname and generated passphrase. You are responsible for protecting your passphrase; it cannot be recovered if lost. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to infringe intellectual-property rights.
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.
Do not use automated scraping against the Service.
Comply with applicable law when configuring third-party sources or integrations.

5. Third-party services

Integrations you configure, including debrid services, indexers, and hosting accounts, are agreements between you and those providers. CineShare stores credentials solely to act on your behalf and is not a party to those agreements.

If delegated resolution is enabled, individual authorized requests may originate from your browser, the CineShare extension, or your configured proxy. CineShare does not use this mechanism to relay manifests, streaming segments, or media files.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided as is without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CineShare is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or third-party content and services reached through it.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including repeat intellectual-property infringement.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the displayed date. Continued use means acceptance.
